  Originally released on CD, Lack of You fits perfectly into the vinyl format: 9 songs on 2 sides of less than 20 minutes each. This will provide optimal sound quality. Ralv Milberg in Stuttgart has mastered the album to vinyl. The original bassy and luxurious sound with a raw treble edge is fully captured on the vinyl release. It sounds totally great!
  
  The album was recorded in Kingston, New York by Malcolm Burn who has produced for Emmylou Harris, Iggy Pop, and Patti Smitt a.o. Malcolm Burn plays on the record along with cellist Jane Scapantoni who has played with Lou Reed and David Bowie. Jens Valo mixed the album.
